one winner in new jersey but no one has come forward yet. >> 7 st 8 m and boeing is planning to lay off about 800 workers in washington by the end of the year. the company said it will cut another 1200 to 1500 jobs through attrition and other means. the job cuts will be mostly from the 747 and 787 jet programs. the company says production rates on those airplanes will not be affected. boeing has not yet issued layoff notices. san jose wants to keep samsung and the silicon valley. the city council is expected to approve 7 million in incentives to keep the company from moving to texas. proposed expansion of samsung san jose facility would replace existing offices with a modern research and development campus totaling 680,000 square feet into distinct attend story towers. samsung semiconductor as a base in san jose since 1986.

a seven year-old oakland boy drowned in a backyard pool and is there killed saturday. the boy was found floating face down in the pool at the house the body to family friends. his parents were not there at the time of the incident. in a dull live the the house on the boy and called police. dispatchers talked the adulterer's cpr until emergency crews are arrive. the boy was taken to north bay medical center in fairfield areas pronounced dead. the incident is under investigation but no pop foul play is suspected. >> someone came into the lobby of the holiday and and they started digging where they thought the smell was coming from. a gas leak caused the evacuation of a phoenix holiday and. fire crews are on the same.

>> the party say 46 from alice restylane hospital burn unit after letting himself on fire and an orange county nail salon. lee said the man walked into the salon, douse themselves with flammable liquid and set fire themselves just after noon sunday. someone inside is on rest of the flames. investigators have not determined a motive but police say the man's a strange wife was working in the slot. the man has not been identified and no one else was hurt. >> police in georgia say an anonymous tip help them make their arrest in the shooting death of a 13 month old baby in a stroller. someone saw a person out in the backseat of a vehicle as it drove away from the shooting on thursday. detectives followed up and arrested a 14 year-old suspect. the boys they misled them to make a 17 year old de'marquise elkins into custody.
